Tasty and quick food! Loved the different flavours and taste here than something like Chipotle. Loved the pita wrap option more than the bowl. Loved the spicy harissa and feta sauce.

The restaurant wasn’t that busy but it was a mess. I had to clean my own table before sitting down. The food was completely bland. I was surprised that the lentils were just boiled lentils. The “roasted” vegetables also tasted and had the consistency of boiled vegetables. The rice was chewy and flavorless. The olives were good. Also, the falafels were not gluten free. That’s surprising! For a $15 dollar meal, I would expect either more food or more flavor. I got neither.

I first tried Cava in Austin and I couldn’t wait to eat at this location. We arrived around 1:15pm and there was still a long line for ordering food. It’s worth the 20 minutes or download their app, which I now have, and skip the line. The restaurant is clean and they have indoor and outdoor seating. I ordered the Build Your Own Bowl and I had arugula, white rice, grilled chicken, hummus and tzatziki, diced cucumbers, olives and feta cheese. Plus you get a quarter of a pita. The ingredients are fresh and Delicious! The pita is warm and tastes so good. The restaurant has a positive upbeat vibe. There’s a large parking lot in front of the restaurant. Sorry about the picture of my bowl. I was starving and I started eating it when I realized I wanted a picture of it.

Can’t go wrong with CAVA! I always get their bowls which are so full of flavor and fresh ingredients that would be a hassle to assemble on my own. Their prices have remained pretty stable and are very good for how much fresh and healthy food you get. CAVa is a great option when you want to be social but also healthy and not spend too much money :)
