  Not sure if this is due to a change in management or newer staff, but the quality at this Cava has noticeably declined over the past few weeks. I have a very busy schedule, so I often rely on getting food later in the evening, usually about an hour before closing. Recently, I’ve consistently run into the same issue: key ingredients are unavailable, which defeats the purpose of coming in. I typically order a steak bowl with specific toppings, and more often than not, multiple items are already out. There was even an instance where I placed a mobile order, only to be told it could not be fulfilled because they had run out of ingredients. That should not be happening, especially when there is still a full hour left before closing. It feels like food preparation is being scaled back too early. With extended store hours and customers still coming in, there should be better planning to ensure core menu items remain available. This seems like either a training or management issue, because running out of essential ingredients this frequently is not acceptable. I usually enjoy Cava and would love to keep coming back, but this ongoing issue has made it frustrating and unreliable.

  I have never in my life received such dedicated service from this radiant soul Autumn. I asked Autumn for her rec and she got it SPOT ON giving me a crazy feta dip with steak and braised lamb. Made my freaking day. Would 10/10 come back for her and this bowl. 💯💯💯

  This morning I came in to pick up lunch for my wife, and I was blown away by the amazing quick service! They filled my bowl to the brim and even through in a cookie for her lunch :) I really appreciate the service the clean restraunt and how quickly it was done!! Thank you so much staff ill be back!!!

  Horrible horrible horrible service the kids just standing around 30 minutes before closing just looking at customers instead of making the proteins they are all out of and then it doesn’t end there the ice machine doesn’t work and they don’t have regular or medium cups. Take some tips from panda they make what the customer wants till the last second, do better cava 😂

  The food is always amazing but the amount of food they give is not always consistent. You sometimes get a full bowls and sometimes barely half. The quality of food is amazing and I always select it over other options. Some options are a bit salty but else amazing.
