  Honestly, this specific location made me not want to come back to Chipotle at all. It is so incredibly dirty inside, the trash is never take out, the tables are constantly dirty, the floors are full of food and trash. Even when you come in and the place is empty, there is not one habitable seat because it’s a mess all around. The food is alright, the black beans for sure are not good (they’re flavorless), they’re always out of white rice and chicken, and give extremely small portions. The employees are often rude when you ask for a bit more food after they give you 3 pieces of protein. I normally don’t give reviews on places like this but consistently this has been a problem every single time i’ve walked inside. At the least I’m begging to have the place cleaned regularly, it’s so disgusting to set foot inside. Sorry not sorry!

  DIRTIEST Chipotle I've ever been to with the rudest service. Came in here on a rather slow Tuesday night (9pm). I walked in and stepped in spilled food as soon as I walked in the door. When I went to order, all 3 kids working the counter were acting like me ordering was an inconvenience. They were out of black beans, corn, and sour cream. I paid for a pathetic, sloppy bowl. To make it worse, all the ingredients were mixed up and it was obvious this location isn't practicing safe food handling. The counter was very messy too. To top it off, I was grabbing napkins and another worker spilled lemonade all over me when she was servicing the fountain machine. She didn't even apologize and just walked away.

  At the very best, the food is mediocre here. I was told they gave me all that I could get. To say the least, I had to add something to accurately show how small and little the food is here. The place is by a college, so I get it can be a bit messy. But man trash overfilling bins, drink machine out of most things, no utensils or lids for cups. The cashier was nice at least.

  I think I’ve finally found my favorite Chipotle location!! I rarely eat out because foods from most restaurants nowadays are loaded with sugar and salt. In my view, Chipotle’s long-term success depends on its ability to deliver healthy options. Unfortunately, most Chipotle locations choose to use overly salty ingredients, especially in their protein offerings. We all know that too much sugar causes diabetes and overweight, and too much salt is associated with high blood pressure, increased risk of heart disease and stroke, and kidney strain. This location, however, stands out for making food that tastes great without relying on excessive salt. That makes a huge difference to me. Thank you.

  The order counter had no line of customersand 7 staff working the lunch service. I received my food order, no fork nor spoon was provided. When i walked to the condiment area, it was out of cutlery (forks and soons) and trash was everywhere. I ask counter staff if i could get a fork and mentioned the mess. I was one of two customers at the order counter and not one staff member could/would get me a fork. Manager was alerted my a order staff but no one ever never took any action. I waited no less than 8 minute for a fork, in order to eat the chicken bowl they made for me. After waiting at counter for no less than 8 min, i Still never got a fork and finally i asked for my money back. I Waited another 5 min for manager to come to counter to refund my money. Talk about terrible management skills. She never even acknowleged me and just handed my cash back with no emotion nor concern for the poor sevice. 🤦‍♂️ This occured on March 22, 2026 at 12:30pm.
