One of the workers told me they were still working on it on two different occasions. Then one of the managers approaches me and I ended up asking for a refund. If I knew I was gonna be waiting for 25 minutes for them to not figure it out what happened to my order , I would’ve went to the other restaurants across the streets.

There are some nice people working here, but the managers and even the owner are uninterested and rude. The only reason this place has customers is because it's close to UCSD and hospitals. Also no drive thru. But if you can go to Sorrento valley location, much better.
