Took like 30 jusy to get 2 drinks .I even asked the lady if she could just hand me my cups .I asked nicely and told her it was only 2 drinks .she looked stressed so I continued to wait since it was busy.but for 2 drinks i don't think I was wrong for asking her for it.then I asked again this time in Spanish since I heard her soela Spanish I even apologized to her telling her I know she was busy but that I only wanted 2 drinks .it wasn't big order.she gave me attitude asking me "so do you want them or not" I was only apologizing for asking for my order.

All the girls walked right by me, no greeting, and they weren’t even doing any work they were just talking to each other on the headsets. I finally got someone’s attention after waiting, she said she would let them know. Then she goes on her break, I assumed she communicated to her team there is an uber pick up, I come to find out she didn’t. So I’m waiting expecting it to be done soon. It was taking a while so I go up again and ask for the order. This new worker then proceeds to tell me they can’t make these drinks because the machine isn’t working. None of this was communicated to me when I asked the first girl. Then this other girl comes out with the drinks. This place is a mess. This whole staff doesn’t know what they’re doing. I waited over 15 mins for two drinks….
