  I had a very frustrating experience with this location. I accidentally placed my order at this store (1230 W Imperial Hwy, La Habra) instead of the Brea location since both are on Imperial Highway. It was an honest mistake made through the app, and unfortunately there is no cancellation option available. When I realized the error, I called the store multiple times (over 5 times) before someone finally answered. I politely explained that I placed the order at the wrong location and asked if it could be canceled since I was on my way to work and La Habra is in the opposite direction for me. The employee simply said, “It’s ready, come get it,” and when I tried to explain again, he hung up on me mid-sentence. Mistakes happen. I understand that. But the lack of basic customer service and the disrespect of hanging up on a customer is unacceptable. Very disappointed with how this was handled.

  My girlfriend and I split a sandwich and I found some hairs or fibers of some sort in it.

  I went in and asked for a breakfast sandwich this was near closing time the lady told me that they had the food for the breakfast sandwich but she would have to charge me per item because it was after breakfast so for a egg and bacon sandwich, 6-inch, she wanted to charge me $16 no other sandwich in that store cost $16 not even with extra meat for the 6 inch that's crazy. Tell me you're not serving breakfast don't tell me you're going to charge me $16 for a 6-in sandwich
