I work in customer service and regardless of how mean or rude people are I always respond with a smile. I wasn't even rude to him, I asked him for my drink and he double checked the receipt! As if I would want to steal a drink! Later, although I requested 6 avocado sauce he only gave me three. When I returned to ask him for three more he gave me a look as if I was asking him to jump of a cliff. This man need charming school!
