  We had such a great experience at Dutch Bros Coffee thanks to Miranda! She was incredibly sweet, kind, and so helpful while taking our order. Her positive attitude and friendly personality made the whole experience feel welcoming and fun. Miranda took the time to answer our questions, helped us with our order, and made sure everything was just right. It’s always nice when someone goes the extra mile to make customers feel appreciated, and she definitely did that. Great service like hers is exactly why we love coming to this Dutch Bros! ☕😊

From the moment I pulled up, Tanya radiated warmth, energy, and genuine enthusiasm that instantly made me feel like a valued regular rather than a first time guest. Her customer service was beyond exceptional, it was the kind people rave about and rarely experience. With confidence and care, she recommended an iced coffee that was absolutely flawless, perfectly balanced, refreshing, and crafted to perfection.

  My wife and I walked up to order coffee here, and she loved the engery and atmosphere all the employees have. They were jamming out and enjoying being there, not like a library at every other coffeehouse. On top of that we both enjoyed what we got, good strong drinks, and not over filled with sugar. Top of my list of places to go now.

  Review 35/365 Day Challenge Finally visited the closest DB in La Habra summer of 2025. I ordered a ~ Golden Eagle latte in medium, was really good and creamy. Not too sweet. I loved it. Latte caffeine is pretty strong. They don't have a dining area inside. Just drive thru or walk up to grab drinks. I was afraid of the stories hearing how long the lines were. I didn't get that experience here since lines are moving a pretty great speed. Don’t let the drive thru line worry you of the wait time. Especially now there’s a DB in La Mirada, not too far from this location since it’s both off Beach Blvd. Fast nice & friendly Service. Associates are always on top of things here. good drinks but tend to be on a much creamier milkier side. Tip~ download the ap to accrue points for rewards along with a birthday treat and a free welcome drink.

  I am a regular to Dutch bros. Started back in Oregon as I grew up there. Today, I got off the car and placed an order at the walk up window for 5 drinks, two of them kids drinks. I was the only one at the walk up and others came up to place orders as well. I waited and waited. And soon more people came and a gentleman continued to take orders. Once it hit the 15 minute mark I began to wonder why they hadn’t called my order or anyone else’s that had placed ahead of me. I peeked in the window and observed at least 15 drinks already made just sitting there. So I waited and when he went to take the next walk up order (by this point many people were in line to order as well as waiting for there order to be called out) I cut them off and asked him if my order was ready. He looked and sure enough gathered all the 5 drinks that had already been made for I’m not sure how long. Although I have never worked in a coffee shop myself; it does not seem logical to take order after order without ever handing any of the stuff ready out the window. I will also point out that they had about 8 to 10 workers inside the shop at this time. To top it off my sugar free Red Bull over ice that I placed with watermelon flavoring is definitely not watermelon flavored. Some kind of berry flavoring. Really did not expect this from Dutch. Have always had good experiences.
