I’ve gone a ton of times and it’s just getting worse and worse. The last two times it tasted as if they microwaved a 12oz cup of milk and added the espresso. I do understand Dutch Bros isn’t some fancy coffee house, but PLEASE learn and/or take the time to texturize the milk, it makes such a massive difference.

The lady taking my order was SO rude and had absolutely no personality not welcoming at all and seemed very frustrated when I told her that I had more than one drink order i’m not sure how she got every single order wrong because she repeated them back to me. not coming back to say the least.

I was tired and when I got to the window I said yes to the first drink she asked me out of sheer anxiety. Once I realized that might not be my drink and she finished making it.I asked if she could confirm what it was, and it was definitely not my drink. Without making me feel bad or annoyed that she had to make my drink she happily made the correct drink for me and had a very positive attitude.I'd come back just because of that amazing experience.Other places would have been frustrated even though it was my first time. We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
