We ordered the lomo saltado and an order of the spinach empanadas. My boyfriend and I got home to eat and were enjoying the flavor and the meal as a whole until a piece of wire bristle from what we assume was a brush used to clean the grill was pulled out of my boyfriend's mouth from the bite he'd just taken. Obviously it is very dangerous as those can puncture internally if consumed. I immediately called to let the restaurant know. The gentleman who answered apologized and asked how I purchased the food and I let him know it was through their app so he said he would refund me to make up for it and I appreciated the effort and he assured me it hasn't happened before. It's now been almost 2 weeks since the incident and I have received no refund. I've called multiple times about the situation and a person in charge is never there. I've left my name and number and no one has reached out. Such an unfortunate situation. I expected more considering their other reviews. Be sure to check your food before consuming.
