There are really solid dairy-free / gluten-free options that still have a lot of flavor and Care put into the ingredients. That makes a place like this in no brainer for us given my wife's gluten-free dairy-free health needs. The atmosphere is actually fine for what it is but you don't come to a place like this for atmosphere... it's a great place to grab a casual bite. The tables are neat, things are well organized, and very clean.

Anyways, their attentiveness and portion size was solid, and their teammate taking care of the toppings was also providing really good service. Food was pretty consistent compared to other visits at other locations. It tasted fresh, and the portions were great for the price. However, my cinnamon pita chips were super stale and didn’t even come with the honey dip that was advertised. Also, the vibe of this restaurant felt off, like the room temp was kind of stuffy and even though they close at 10:30pm on the weekdays, we visited on a Wednesday and they seemed to already be cleaning up at 8:30pm. Like the topping containers were out of their usual spots and idk they had all this prep stuff out in the back. Also a bunch of employees were just standing around in the kitchen, and it just didn’t feel super welcoming. I would go back to this CAVA but maybe ask for fresh pita chips.
