UNSOLICITED IDEAS Customers of Wingstop may have the perfect idea for a new concept, and we may be missing out on an exciting opportunity, but ownership and protection must be considered. Wingstop maintains a policy that does not permit it or its employees to accept any unsolicited ideas from outside sources (fans and other third parties). Wingstop strives to innovate and create through internal business departments and their employees. With this in mind, if we create a new concept through our internal experts, and a talented customer/fan submits a substantially similar idea, determining who the originator of the wing-tastic idea is would be a challenge. To better protect ourselves as well as all of our fans out there, we must adhere to this strict policy which does not permit the review, consideration, or acceptance of such ideas from outside parties to avoid any confusion of ownership. Therefore, we encourage you not to send us unsolicited ideas. TERMS GOVERNING SUBMISSIONS If you nevertheless insist on sending us your unsolicited ideas, the following conditions apply: Wingstop shall have no obligations concerning the submissions, including no obligation to review the submissions, return any materials, or acknowledge receipt of the submissions. All submissions will be deleted from working files within Wingstop and no response will be delivered to confirm receipt of any submissions. Due to archiving requirements, your email may be retained on our system, but please understand this is not an effort to keep record of our customers' great ideas; rather, it is incidental to archiving.
