Went to pick up my order, and they had not even started it yet. To make matters worse, they told me that they were out of the blueberry muffins, chocolate croissants, and cherry pastries I had ordered. When I asked how this was possible, when I PRE-ORDERED my items a week ago, they said that they had a couple of large catering orders come in this morning and I was basically out of luck. I asked if it was possible to pick those items up from a different store, and was told that I was free to call other stores and ask. Customer service is totally non existent. Bottom line: Pre-orders mean absolutely NOTHING. You cannot count on any order you place at Panera. I will never do business with them again. They are very unprofessional. I did not get what I paid for. I was missing a total of 8 items, and they still charged me the original price I paid for my pre-order.

If anything, I would say that everything from the bread, to the soups are on the lower side of mediocre for prices that feel extravegant for what you're getting. Not a good place to take friends either; the layout means there's foot traffick around you and a lot of noise. You're never quite comfortable. I don't think I'll return here in the future.
