The only complaint I have was that the person that took our order didn't mark that I wanted my double cheeseburgers plain and so when I got them they had onions, ketchup, mustard, and a pickle on each that I had to try to remove. I ended up just discarding the top buns because they had too much on them and putting the two bottom ones together creating a double cheeseburger sort of. Otherwise it was good. They had nice music playing as well, and you could hear it!
