  Luke was amazing he went above and beyond when I I just thought I would leave this review so that more people like him would be recognized. He works with a smile on his face very welcoming as we came in and I truly appreciate that. Thanks, Luke and thank you McDonald’s.

  The girl at the window with orange hair had rbf the whole time. All she could do was stare with annoyed face when she handed me the wrong drink. McDonalds, please stop hiring these kids who cannot say simple things such as “Sorry about that, let me check your order” because of their huge ego. Or go full Automatic. I would choose AI over “too spoiled to have professionalism” kids anytime.

  This McDonald’s is in a great location. It has a lot of nice beautiful scenic windows to look out at and it feels very peaceful and large, but there are some drawbacks. The first drawback is they don’t have a soda fountain so you have to wait in line to get a refill and they don’t have condiments out so that you can get ketchup or something on your own. This is a major fail because it takes you a lot longer to get things and that’s annoying. Also they have a huge turnover in staff and so it’s hard to get service and reliable people to wait on you and help you but other than that I like it especially because it has a play place. The play place is the number one feature of this McDonald’s and my kids love it.

  Just very confused about the layout. Go into the play area to sit. Its larger then the counter area. Staff deliver food to table as expected quickly via the app. Everything beyond the layout was fine. Much much better then nearby location off Woodbury/Lincoln.

  So this McDonalds is very close to where I drop off and pick up my Dad every week. We had some extra time to kill so we stopped in to grab a quick bite to eat this week. Now I have been here before however Im just going to review this particular visit. I will note that in one service area It has been an issue during my last 2 or 3 visits, but more on that in a bit. Upon getting to the restaurant my dad was looking for a healthy choice option. Apparently they have done away with their salads at least that was according to the register who sings Uncertain about it and after getting clarification didn't seem to much more certain one way or the other. I'm thinking she might have been new. So I finally decided on a fish sandwich and I decided on a six-piece chicken nugget option with a coke. Because we couldn't figure out why there were no signs on the kiosk to order and delivering with the cashier and it was a little confusing to figure out if we needed a plastic number or if we're supposed to wait for her number to be called but turns out the number was called so we went to pick up the food. Food was good. Before leaving had to wait for few minutes to be seen by staff for a refill which can be annoying when they seem to be chit chatting and you are trying to grab a refill and catch up with your disabled father who still thinks he is unstoppable especially walking thru parking lots or on stairs. This is actually where I have had an issue on numerous occasions with the last visit before this being the worst as you can hear and see a manager calling a customer rude for attempting to catch his attention (there were several people waiting to order) (we were waiting about 4 or 5 minutes for someone to come amd take people's orders. So this seems to be a bit of an ongoing issue with service but again it wasn't really so bad of a wait as it was the getting ignored or spoken about by a manager that was frustrating. However all in all it was still a pleasant trip. Even if the new cashier did not know where the exits were in the back of the eating area.
