  Very slow service, food was cold, no one was there. Unfortunately, this has been our experience the last few times. Will not be returning.

  This location should probably just stop being allowed to take mobile orders. Anytime I do a mobile order with them I'll go to the call box and tell him I'm there 20 minutes later. They still don't have my order ready and we're talking a basic order Burger tots and a drink. And once I do get my food it's cold. Waste of time and money.

  This is the second time this has happened to us! Ordered a burger combo and was half way into the burger when I found a LONG HAIR throughout my burger! Saying I was disgusted is an understatement! This place is not cheap by any means, the food is way over priced and the quality is not great at all! I will NEVER come back again! I get better quality food from Burger King! I have also found myself reading the other reviews left by customers and the RESPONSES that are being left by the owner are showing that nothing is being done. It looks like a generic automated response! Good way to run a business!

  This place is a joke. All I wanted to do was get a bag of ice. There were other people at the cart port that had ordered food but I was told that I had to use the drive through and wait in a long line just to get a bag of ice. All of this because the employee didn’t want to walk out a bag of ice. Wow… How ridiculous is this place?!

  This Kingsburg location is the worst. They take forever to get you your food and is usually cold. The manager of this on is extremely rude also
