  We really need to learn our lesson. Last time we got stuck in their drive through for over 30 minutes. Today, drive through is clear so we think it might work out; however, they still have us park in the mobile order area, even though it was a drive through order. Then they promptly forget about us altogether. After several minutes a worker comes out and asks why we are there. I tell him what we ordered and he goes back in and never returns. I eventually go in and have to wait while someone else complains about their order to that same worker. I finally get my turn and he goes back and yells for our order to be made. Then I get to sit and wait in the restaurant until it is finally ready and of course they forgot our fries. I ask about it and the guy wants to debate about me not asking for it previously. It's on the receipt I just gave you, dude. Insane.

  Anyone looking for food late it says 2am for drive through but at 1am there was people there but no answer in drive thru suggest hour change on Google

  They took forever for my online order had me and my beloved wife also my nephew wait for 25 minutes! This is unacceptable 😡 I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

  No vallan a es Macdonald pésimo servicio 😡😡😡😡🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬 duramos más de 50 minutos en que nos dieran nuestra orden que es para 3 personas llegamos y el drive true serrado y entramos pero fue la perro decisión después alerón el drive true g las personas en carro salían más primero que nosotros horrible horrible servicio ojalá pongan más atención enserio tómeme acción no es justo que uno llegue a ese lugar porque uno quiero ordenar rápido y hay duran mucho tiempo perdido la peor la peor experiencia de Macdonald
