I don't think I've ever had a wrong order to be honest from this location at least and I like how they implement new sauces and items constantly. The only strange thing is adding onions to any order is free but tomatoes or other veggies are extra ???

Gavin, Olivia, and there is another lady i don’t know her name but they all have been super nice and friendly to me each time I’ve gone. I think they hired new people recently and i’ve had two bad experiences with them where they were rude at the drive thru speaker. I’m not one of those people who take a long time to order i rarely ever have any questions and i usually know what i want when i go. I ask the guy if they had the flamin hot grilled cheese burrrito and before i could finish the sentence he said “no we dont” very rudely. Reason why i asked is because last time i came told me they didn’t have it but it was still on the menu? So instead of saying we just don’t sell it anymore BECAUSE AGAIN ITS still on the menu or giving some sort of explanation and why its even still on the menu that i had to get a rude answer from Zack L. It’s whatever though I’m still going to keep coming here because the food is good and like i said i love taco bell. But now i just have to place a mobile pick up inside if i don’t feel like receiving atttitude from the cashier at the window. Which is a little inconvenient.
