This place is a joke. All I wanted to do was get a bag of ice. There were other people at the cart port that had ordered food but I was told that I had to use the drive through and wait in a long line just to get a bag of ice. All of this because the employee didn’t want to walk out a bag of ice. Wow… How ridiculous is this place?!

This Kingsburg location is the worst. They take forever to get you your food and is usually cold. The manager of this on is extremely rude also

Whoever is the owner of this Sonic should be ashamed of themselves.
Visited around 9:20pm on September 6th (I ordered ahead on the app) only to find that they removed the screens on the other side, one screen on the left side was broken, and another person parked in the stall with a screen but got down to order. This made it extremely inconvenient so we had to go through the drive-thru.
We were waiting for almost an hour and once we got to the window the lady helping us was clearly stressed out and close to tears because there was only her and one other person working and they were extremely busy. I know people complain about long wait times at this location but clearly it’s the owners fault for not managing their establishment better.
Please be kind to the workers here.
They’re clearly over stressed and underpaid and the owner should be going to help out their employees instead of sitting at home!
