This place is a joke i knew this place was going to be the same as paso. 1-1.5 hour wait for an food. When it says 20-25 min online.
Food was actually decent, the fries were hands down the best I’ve had at a Wingstop, they were actually crispy. However, there is absolutely no ambience or seating at all at this location. The staff really need training in customer service because it’s nonexistent here. After placing my order and waiting in lobby I noticed a screen that indicated that my order was ready, so I went up to the front counter but there was no one there. There was a very large group of kitchen staff yet no one even bothered addressing me or even asked me to wait. After awhile of waiting, one of the kitchen staff came over to the front counter on the lobby area side and cut right in front of me and placed her bag on the counter, she then proceeded to yell at kitchen staff that she wanted to place an order. After awhile, another staff member came over to the counter and before the rude staff member had a chance to place her order, I asked for my order that was “ready” as per the screen, it wasn’t ready. I took the opportunity to request honey mustard to go with my order but the counter girl seemed frazzled and asked me if it came with my order, a question that truly puzzled me, never had I ever been asked that at a Wingstop. The rude staff member (who I suspect was some sort of supervisor) started talking Spanish to the counter girl and demanding that she look up my order to make sure honey muster was part of my order and if not she needed to charge me extra. All this for a side to dip my dry fries. Don’t know if this is something new at Wingstop, to charge extra for dipping sauces, but I have never been charged extra for dipping sauce at a Wingstop before. Granted, it’s been a few years since I’ve been to a Wingstop. Anyways, they charged me almost $2 for the side sauce that I was planning to dip my fries in. Outrageous! To my surprise, my order also included a side of ranch, which I never asked for or wanted. Nor did they ever offer to swap it out for the honey mustard. Seems like their priority is providing mediocre customer service and weasel their way into overcharging customers with add on fees. This experience I had was on 02/01/2026 at around 7pm-9pm (don’t recall exact time but it was after coming back from the Pinnacles.

i was more understanding that the food for the first week was going to be somewhat ok but i gave it a week to die down then proceeded to ordered hot honey, lemon pepper wings and hot honey fries extra cook time, idk if there just stingy with the seasoning but all of my food came with little to no seasoning had to double check i didn’t order plain wings very disappointed i thing i would genuinely just drive to salas and back to get better quality.

Terrible experience. The service here is extremely bad. I went to ask if my order was ready and the employee didn’t even check—she just said no. My order ended up taking over 3 hours, and when I finally got my food, it was wrong.
They didn’t give the right amount of fries, then said they ran out and never replaced them. I also paid extra for ranch and never received it. On top of that, they gave me a burger that was already bitten, and the staff laughed about it instead of taking it seriously.
What made it worse was seeing employees touch money and then handle food without washing their hands. Overall, wrong orders, missing items, terrible hygiene, and awful customer service. I do not recommend this location at all.

I scheduled an order at 6 PM that was purchased at 4:02 PM. I proceed to show up at expected time and was expecting my meal to be ready just for It to have not been made at all. The order wasn’t given to me until around 7:20pm. At around 7pm they also had said that they also ran out of fries so now i don’t even get my full order That should have been made before they even close to running out. I waited for a little then three hours and only got half my order (Substituted Sides I didn’t want) And then I won’t even get my sauce that I asked for and paid extra for. Then, finally when I get my order, it wasn’t given to me properly. All I was given was just the sides and they were expecting me to leave without my full order.. Even between the process of waiting for those three hours, I seen people who had orders between 5pm - 6pm Get theirs before I get mine and when I do get my order it’s after they run out of stuff.. I understand it’s new and I was trying to be very respectful, but it upsets me with how unprofessional that Experience was
