The employees assigned to curbside pickup department are very kind and attentive. They do a great job selecting items on my list and go out of their way to find similar items when something is not in stock at the store. The produce they select is fresh and service is quick.

This store is horrible!!!! I've been a regular for years now and its definitely gone done Hill. The customer service sucks everyone is rude and god forgive you ask someone for help. They act like you've done a major sin. This isn't an exaggeration this is an honest to God review. So, to explain myself on why its gone down hill the people who used to work here were wonderful very helpful but its been a minute since I last saw any of them. All these new hires suck!!!! They all like to hangout in groups and talk and talk and when you ask one of them for help they give you attitude and are so rude because you took them away from there chat. And 2 dont expect to be greeted at the register they ignore you because 1 they have airbuds in and 2 have full on conversations w there coworkers 3 full on plainly ignore you because they are on there phones texting away. 4 not only that I had a young female employee send kisses to the guy on the customer service/cigar spot when I was trying to ask her a question!!! 5 I hate that if you got late at night they dont have anyone at the register they want you to use the self checkout line I dont mind using it if its a couple of things but when its alot I wanna go in the regular check out line but no they have them all closed down and the other day when I went to the self checkout i had a product that wouldnt scan and i didnt know how to do it so i asked an employee and she goes you have to search it up w all kinds of attitude I wanted to say i didnt know since I dont work here but I was raised with morals so I didn't say anything but I know im not the only one who hates it older people who aren't that tech savvy struggle the other day an older man made them open a line and help him because 1 no one came to help him at the self checkout line when they saw he was struggling they just watched him struggle 2 when they helped him check out all I could hear were the employees talking badly about him. When he left. And I most point out how horribly this store is stocked nothing is on the shelves properly. 1 they never have what you need like the friuts and vegetable area is bare most days and the dairy area 2 the food is moldy I bought bagels a while back and didnt see until I got home that they where moldy and this isn't a begal thing only it happened to the hotdog buns, sandwich bread, I've bought. And dairy products I've bought yogurt that was going to expire in 2 days. They dont remove food thats going bad so please check them out it happens a lot!!!! Another thing about the service if you ask an employee on where to find anything they dont know!! I asked an employee if they had pedigree dog food and she didnt know what it was and how the bag looked like. I completely understand if you dont have dogs and aren't familiar w dog food brands but you work in a store where you sell pet food as well!!! I'm not really blaming her for not knowing im blaming management for not showing them what they have!!! Something happened w the liquor aisle I was looking for a specific cooking wine to use for a dish I was making and I searched online and it said they had it so I went down to go get it and asked for help to find it and he didn't know if they had it or not and couldn't help me find it another shopper overheard what I was looking for and showed me where it was!!! Not the employee but a customer come on do better management!!! I'm so glad the grocery outlet is coming to town. Because I've heard that the store manager here purposely has this store bare and doesn't bring in other things because he said we don't need them!! If grocery outlet has a lot of things and great prices im never setting foot in this store again!!! I only buy here because its the only grocery store in town without having too drive far. I never post and make comments like this only posted this review because im sick and tired w how awful this store is and how rude the employees are!!!!
