  Hola espero y critica, sea para mejores. Pero su servio es muy malo. Llegué alas 8:45pm en domingo (fin de semana) se que cierran alas 9pm las persona que estaba en mostrador estaba en su teléfono le pedí una orden con amabilidad y me dijo que no! Que dejaban de atender alas 8:30 no entiendo por qué razón dice su aplicación 9:00 pm en domingo tome una foto de y hora del lugar gracias.! Pésimo servicio

  They saw me holding the coupon. They made my whole sandwich and then it bring up they told me no coupons.

  Wow. Never had a worse customer service experience than this. Came in with my family, while traveling to the beach for Christmas, and was greeted by two very rude ladies- one who kept giving us rude looks anytime we asked for anything and the other yelling at us for whatever reason. I understand they were overwhelmed, I have worked customer service and understand that feeling, however, we were not feeling impatient and would have been willing to wait. Anytime we asked for something, we were either ignored or had to constantly repeat ourselves which resulted in them giving us rude looks and muttering to one another and us feeling terrible for even asking for anything specific. 😐 UGH. TRULY INFURIATING EXPERIENCE. I absolutely do NOT recommend this place while there are people who obviously hate customer service still working there. (Food was alright.)

  The workers were extremely rude and disrespectful, they got some of my family's order wrong and kept messing up what I was telling them.

  Mobile ordered, they didn’t follow the mobil order and then ignored me while I waited for my meal drink cup and then tried to give me a water cup instead. Avoid app ordering if you come here.
