  If you want cold, burnt, or stale food, this McDonald’s delivers and unfortunately, I’ve been getting it far too often. On our last visit earlier today, all five double cheeseburgers were burnt, cold, and stale. I didn’t want to make a fuss, but I’ve been feeling nauseous for hours, and my sister couldn’t even eat hers. I’ve also heard from former staff that workers aren’t properly trained and the restaurant is short-staffed, which explains both the long drive-thru waits and why the food comes out cold, burnt or stale if not all 3 of them. I keep hoping it’ll improve, but it hasn’t. At this point, I’ll stick to drinks and frapps if I come here. If you’re looking for good burgers you’d better off getting BK or Jacks because this McDonalds is not it.

  Service at the 2 lane drive up window no one took my order two other cars that drove up after me where taken care of and I waited another 4 minutes and no one attended me. I finally drove to the first window and asked the girl if my side drive up lane was not working because she took 2 other cars order that came after me and she proceeded to give me attitude and argue with me. I then ask for a manger and the girl responded with (fine,fine)and Attitude again. When the manager came to the window she also had a shetty attitude. I would have been fine with just them apologizing but no they acted like I was getting the food for free and this was not the first time I have had rude service from this McDonald's. News of bad service travels faster than when you get good service. Maybe everyone needs classes in customer service 🤔.

  The employee were talking so long just to give us are food 25 minutes there none at the drive-through and when we ask for a Large frappe and they gave us a medium sized instead and they charge us for for a medium

  I had a frustrating experience at your location regarding a remake request from an order I placed the previous night. Several of the burger buns in my order were old and hard, and I had specifically asked for no ketchup and mustard. Instead of making a fresh burger, it looked like the condiments had simply been scraped off the original one and handed back to me. That was disappointing and not what I expected when asking for a correction. When I returned to address the issue, a female manager approached me in a way that felt unprofessional and confrontational. She tried to scold me about having “too many remakes,” even though I was only asking for my order to be prepared correctly after receiving food that wasn’t fresh the first time. I wasn’t being disrespectful—I just wanted what I originally paid for. Overall, the way the situation was handled made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome as a customer. I understand mistakes can happen, but I expect remakes to be handled respectfully and properly prepared, especially when the original order had quality issues.
