- DEDaneesha EasonDec 18, 20251.0I placed a pickup order yesterday afternoon. I ordered boneless wings, chicken strips, bone in wings, & an order of fries. I requested all of the meat/chicken to be well done. After arriving home and seeing the food I could immediately tell that the food was undercooked, the chicken had a pink hue on the inside as well as every wing had feathers all over them. The boneless wings were undercooked as well. So I thought hey maybe out of all these inedible wings that the strips would be good to try, NEGATIVE! They were undercooked as well and they were soggy as if they were dropped right in and out of the fryer. Definitely going to report this because wingstop is not cheap #1 & #2 who wants to have to take a trip to the ER due to them not cooking food properly &/or following request. Nothing much to say about the service because it was a pickup order. But the overall food was absolutely horrible. I big waste of time and money .. still had to come home and cook which is what I didn’t want to do
