- MLMo LuaNov 15, 20251.0The girl working there tonight, 7pm on 11/15/25, is so rude that I walked out before she rung me up. She had such a negative attitude. Being the only one ordering, she finished my sandwich and made me wait before ringing me up to start another order. I walked out.
- TMToni McNultySep 10, 20251.0I have visited this location a few times and usually have a good experience. Recently, I ordered on the app and received a call saying that they were out of turkey. That's fine--I asked them to cancel the order and received verbal confirmation that they would. Later that night, I saw that it was marked as picked up instead. Tried to call the store--busy tone. I reached out to who informed me that they were out of turkey and was told there was no way to fix it but they could give me cash for the order. The only problem with this is that I used reward points from the app to place my order and want them back as well. I have contacted customer service and emailed with Nicole Moss the Regional Coach but she stopped responding to me after asking for details. It has just been such a frustrating and unprofessional experience and I don't know what to do at this point.
