Chicken was a 20 minute wait, didn’t tell me in advance that there is no more sour cream (the person building my bowl literally told me near the end of building my bowl; I had to go to the Target in the same plaza to buy just sour cream...), and rice was even dry; not even cooked all the way. Didn’t know I would be ranking the worst Chipotle I’ve been to, but now here I am.

- KPKyle ParkerDec 20, 20251.0This is hands down one of the worst Chipotle locations I’ve been to. I ordered carryout and found flies in my food, which is absolutely unacceptable and disgusting. On top of that, they are constantly out of meat, making it feel pointless to even come here. The employees clearly don’t prioritize customers most of the time they’re on their phones instead of working, while orders pile up. They also let the line area and lobby get filthy, with trash and mess sitting around instead of being cleaned. The staff is consistently rude and dismissive. In particular, one employee (an Indian girl working the line) was openly rude and short for no reason. What really seals it is how they pick and choose when to honor deals. I’ve watched them give holiday deals to certain people while refusing others with no explanation. Completely unprofessional and unfair. Between the sanitation issues, poor service, rude staff, and inconsistent policies, this location has serious management problems. I won’t be returning, and I wouldn’t recommend this Chipotle to anyone.
