After barely 5 minutes of trying to order, a girl came on the speaker rushing us and talking to us like we were an inconvenience. She repeatedly told us we were “taking too long,” to hurry up, and even suggested we come inside to look at the menu, all while giggling like it was a joke. Then she actually said they had “things to do inside,” so we needed to speed it up. Excuse me? That’s not our problem. The only saving grace was a young gentleman who jumped in trying to fix the situation and apologized on behalf of his coworker, saying she was “a little mad.” He clearly understood how unacceptable her behavior was and tried to be respectful — unlike her. I’m not the Taco Bell employee here — you are. Do your job with at least a minimum level of respect. Completely unprofessional, unbelievably rude, and absolutely unacceptable. Never again.

He never asked if we wanted anything else after ordering or at least didn’t ask if we wanted to upgrade our drinks to larges. He didn’t seem as if he was bringing value to the restaurant, and because Taco Bell’s food quality is already low, we regret spending our money there.
