  Cashier guy, big guy was very rude. Was giving me dirty looks as I walked through the door. I used a promotional offer on the app. And he said that they do not honor the offers since they are their own franchise. That he would just give it to me that one time since it was made. But kept getting dirty looks from him while we sat and ate as he was talking away with the other guy in their language. Wish I would have seen the reviews before heading to this place. If they don't honor the promotional offers then they need to contact the subway app place or something. I felt very uncomfortable the whole time.

  Let the employee know that we had a coupon beforehand and he waited until we were paying to say that they don’t accept corporate issued coupons. Coupon was still before expiration. Date of visit was 6/7 expiration was 6/11. Exclusions on coupon said that Alaska and Hawaii were the only places that it could not be used. Did not give explanation as to why he wouldn’t even try to use it despite having no other problems using coupons at other locations. Also got our order wrong, and had a bad attitude. Worst experience with Subway. Went to the Subway down the street and they accepted it with no issues. Don’t waste your time. :)

  The Subway has to have the rudest staff I've ever dealt with in a Subway. When they make a sandwich you tell him lots of veggies they are very hesitant to add lots of onion spinach or anything. Twice at this Subway where they had advertised a new sandwich one was with ciabatta bread and the other one was with brisket both times they did not have either product in store. If they have any other Subway competition anywhere near this place would fold within a week. Terrible service subpar sandwiches at best.
