- DHDaniel HSep 4, 20251.0As I was standing in line if heard a employee named April talk very rude and in a rush like she didnt like her job and was telling the customer infront of me and what else in a very rude demeanor way and she said it like 5 to 10 times very fast and I saw the customer was very uncomfortable and was not happy her face was like woah and then It was my turn another employee helped me and was not rude and not in a rush based on her voice and tonality then I reached the register and was helped by April and she was rude and very rushed service and I wanted to tell her that its ok its not the end of the world but I didn't and instead im writing this review as what I saw and heard and experienced there was not welcoming and happy instead I felt like ok hurry up and pay and get out, Subway should see the videos and train April better to make her a better employee and have her have more patience for customers as Customers is the reason why Subway is in business
