  I ordered a togo tuna sandwich at 5:55pm. The heavyset guy with the bandana working the evening shift 02/24/26 still didn't have it ready past 10 mins after. He said he would call it out once it was ready. Let alone it was an empty store with 2 people waiting to see what they still wanted to order. I'm just frustrated because he could have been getting my order ready while he was speaking to them but instead, he was just staring and standing at the cash register and I know he knew I was sitting and waiting. Sad thing is he doesn't even apologize for the late order after he hands me the order. As a former employee at that store it's very disappointing. Remember it's supposed to be "freaky fast" not freaky slow, sorry not sorry.

  Poor service. Closed even when online says they are open. Unfriendly staff. No cash card only.

  I arrived here before closing time and the store was already locked and turned off. Both the app and the website says this location is open until 9PM. Good thing I didn’t order online before I came here or they’d keep my money and give me nothing. Employees seem to be bums who can’t complete their jobs. 1/21/26
