  I come here to pick up my free drink with the Sip Club. The business is pretty good, and there are many tables inside for people to take a break or work on their laptops. The men’s restroom feels outdated and not well maintained. It could use a remodel.

  I come here pretty often, and honestly it just keeps getting worse. The utensils are frequently dirty, which is really not okay. The salads are never consistent—there’s always something missing, and I almost always have to go back and ask them to fix it. The service isn’t great either. Staff usually seem annoyed and not very helpful. Food quality is very hit or miss. I’ve had dressing taste sour, tomatoes that were clearly old, and vegetables that didn’t feel fresh. I’m paying around $60 for breakfast and still leave unhappy most of the time. There are days I don’t even finish my food because of the smell of old veggies or spoiled tomatoes—I’ve literally left plates full. For the price, the quality and cleanliness just don’t match.

  The lady at the register was so rude, I literally heard her say omg give me a break when me customers came in because she had to attend to them

  Ordered a whole sandwich. Got a half. Took almost 30 minutes of waiting to get because they couldn't be bothered to call a name or add it to the completed "to go" orders list.
