  If I could rate this -0 I would because the experience I had in the drive-through was completely outlandish. The lady over the intercom speaker was so bloody, rude and disrespectful It made my food taste even worse than it was. She kept cutting me off and interjecting before I could even say anything. I was asking a clarifying question and she wouldn’t even allow me to finish to understand what I was ordering. Before I even started to order and I was just asking a question, she Put me on hold. worst Customer Service ever. Then they gave me my food with no napkins no sauces didn’t ask me if I needed anything else just rude and disrespectfu. I will definitely not be back

  My alter ego "Fat Mike"got loose and ordered large fries apple pie and a small sprite...I cancelled. I don't eat this food any more it literally makes me sick. I think it's the oil....I get coffee or go to the bathroom here that's it

  I’ve been a customer at this location since 2016 and this was one of the most frustrating experiences I’ve had here. I placed a mobile order through the McDonald’s app and paid for everything in advance, including sauces that were listed as free in the app. When I arrived to pick up my order, I was charged again for those same sauces even though they were already part of my mobile order. When I got home, I discovered that half of my order was missing, which forced me to drive all the way back to the restaurant to get the items I had already paid for. Because of this mistake, my food had already gotten cold and I ended up wasting about 30 minutes of my time going back and forth. What made the situation worse was how it was handled when I returned. I stood at the counter for about 10 minutes before anyone acknowledged me or attempted to help. Once I finally explained the issue, the employee took my bag without saying anything — no apology, no explanation. I then waited another 15 minutes before they finally came back with the order. At that point, there was still no communication about whether the food had been remade or if the original order had simply been reheated. Between the incorrect extra charge, the missing items, and the lack of customer service while resolving the issue, the entire experience was extremely disappointing. I understand that mistakes can happen, but charging customers again for items already paid for through the mobile app and then sending them home with an incomplete order — followed by a very poorly handled resolution — is not acceptable. I hope management or corporate takes a look at how situations like this are handled at this location because this experience fell far below what I would expect after being a customer here for nearly a decade.
