We bought Happy Meals for the kids, but the toys were the same ones they already have, so I politely asked if they could be exchanged. The employee first said she couldn’t replace the toys because they were supposedly already opened, even though we hadn’t opened them at all. When I pointed that out, she replied with an obvious attitude that they didn’t have any other toys. Very unpleasant experience and not the kind of service you expect when coming to McDonald’s with children. I hope management pays attention to how their staff treats customers.
