I no longer work in the area, but if I have a large morning family event, I will make the drive to have them cater my breakfast/brunch. If I am in the area I will try to pick up a little something for myself/family. Down to brass tacks: Customer Service - amazing. Doughnuts and Coffee - solid. Will keep you lit and wont quit. Breakfast Croissant Sandwich - out of this world. Breakfast Burrito - be hungry because It is large and in charge. Surprisingly BANGING for a doughnut shop. I was going in with lower expectations and that was a mistake because the salsa is so good. I am a fan. The fact that they have an app now is chief's kiss for me.

Made a specific trip as I heard good things about this donut shop; bad experience, get your business practices tighter, you are not "Jim's Donuts", you are supposed to be a high end establishment that also charges accordingly.
