  I went in a little past 9:30 pm but Enrique made it clear he didn't want to work and said they close at 10 pm (Google says 11 pm). I didn't get a bag or carry container for my order, not even a napkin. Employees like Enrique will be the reason Haagen-Daz goes bankrupt. Handels and even BR does a better job.

  They need to schedule more than one person to work! It took 15 minutes to get ice cream and the line was short. It wasn’t fair to the employee who was trying to work fast and ended up spilling. They should plan the schedule better when it’s spring break and a Friday afternoon.

  The store and products are nice and tasty; but my experience was better if the server hadn't come to me with a mop in hand, and then started preparing my order with the same hand. Not to mention her flat face.

  I bought an ice cream for my daughter, and I tried a couple spoons. Our stomachs started to hurt the same day, and my daughter threw up after it. I will never go to this store ever again.
