Hello! Could you please tell me why food delivery drivers are required to pour the drinks themselves at your café? Should we also start cooking the food and packing the orders ourselves? I’ve been to your café twice and both times had to pour the drinks on my own. Why is that?
Please look into this issue. Your staff members are standing around doing nothing, and they could pour the drinks themselves instead of making the drivers do it. Drivers are supposed to pick up a ready order.
It is not our job to pour the drinks, and we are not getting any extra pay for doing it. Thank you!

My family ordered food over the phone. They did not remind us they are cashless. When we got there we only had cash. Their attitude knowing we have children was horrible making us practically beg for our food! They take their sweet as time helping anyone. Making ppl wait before they help them. The worse customer service I ever had in years! Staff all across the board is horrible not one nice employee all women who look like they scorned. Seriously they should be blessed to have a freaking job! Not one look eager to want to help any customer yet alone put our order on the very top rack like making an example to everyone that's what happens when you only have cash!??!! So this how customers are being treated now!??? I promise you if this continues you will be shut down! You need customers to have any type of business. Please think before you create very bad experiences for others. Especially treating a family very disrespectful. Even the music was very inappropriate for any family to dine in. We felt very discriminated upon on top of it all. We are going to another location because we don't stand for this type of behavior or appreciate being treated this way. No one should!!! I wish I had a photo or recording!!! I don't even trust the food after reading the reviews!! Stay far away!!!

I just picked up a food order 8/24/25. I walked in and it was two employees chillin by the sink. I watched the worker lick her fingers and when she noticed me she grabbed a paper towel and wiped it off with a paper towel. I gave her my name and she handed me my bag of food and cup with the same fingers she just licked. That was the nastiest shit ever. I’m literally disgusted. I don’t know if that’s how you trained your staff but you’re dealing with people’s food so why are you licking your fingers
