  I was here the other day. To be 100% honest, the place wasn’t the cleanest, but the experience was OK. I got my food fast. They weren’t busy, and it was Subway, so I meet Subway standard, so I thought other than it not being super clean! I’d go back the next day, which is today. I ordered a different sandwich. I got all my sandwiches toasted. I received the sandwich, and it is literally freezing cold. The meat is freezing cold. The cheese isn’t even melted. I showed the worker, and I asked if you could simply remake my sandwich. So can eat it, he goes. I have to call my manager or my boss to do that. I simply said, “You know what it is.” OK, I will let my friends enjoy their meal. I asked them if their food was warm. They said yes. I got a receipt , leaving a review since I refused to eat a cold sandwich and I will heat it up when I get home, just because I’d rather wait even though I’m starving than to take the chance of getting sick. The guy didn’t even know if the meat was preheated or not. I did watch employee heat my footlong the same time he did a 6inch idk but I never complain I just wanted my sandwich done right!

  Placed an online order and came to pick it up, only to be told someone else took my food because staff did not verify the order at all. What’s worse: • Refused to remake the order • Refused to check security cameras • Extremely rude attitude from the 12/23/2025 closing shift Completely unacceptable service. If you order online here, anyone can take your food and the staff won’t take responsibility. Avoid this location.

  Everytime subway “ruins my life” by taking everything I like off the menu, this time the flatbread for wraps, they almost lose me as a customer. This location consistently keeps me with their customer service! There is a younger gentleman who is always so kind and helps me figure out my other options!
