I was walking into the store right along with another customer, literally a step apart. Jeff let that customer in without any hesitation, but stopped me and said the store was closed in a rather rude manner — even though I was there to complete a small Instacart order for only three items. I explained it to him, but he didn't even want to listen and continued to be rude for no good reason. There were still plenty of shoppers inside at that moment, who were not being rushed or kicked out, and the inconsistency felt unfair and unprofessional
