The cashier, identified as Apryl , failed to offer any form of greeting; despite my polite attempt to say hello, her response was barely audible and conveyed clear disinterest. Throughout the transaction, my items were handled with unnecessary force and placed on the counter in a rough and careless manner, which I found both disrespectful and inappropriate. This conduct continued until the conclusion of the purchase, at which point I expressed my thanks and received no acknowledgment in return. This encounter stands as one of the rudest I have experienced, and I strongly recommend that management address this behavior, as such an attitude is not conducive to maintaining acceptable standards of customer service.
