I've seen managers at other Paneras who resolve issues, but this manager was disrespectful, saying "if you don't want it, cancel it" instead of explaining. I've ordered "you pick two" before and always received two slices of bread for two bowls of soup. That's why I was surprised. The manager could have given me an extra slice of bread as a gift and explained the situation, but she was disrespectful. I took my receipt to the cashier to cancel it. My child was with me. Unfortunately, there is no interest at this Panera, the restrooms are always dirty, and the manager only acts like an accountant; there is absolutely no customer satisfaction.
