    Made to go park in the fire lane with 3 other cars and wait 10 minutes to get my food which was missing items. Not sure the point of the drive thru if they’re just going to make everyone go park. No way management doesn’t know what’s happening.

    Dear McDonald’s, If you are going to tell a drive thru customer to go wait on the left side instead of handing them their food in the drive-thru line, at least apologize when you finally come over and hand them their food or a simple “thank you for waiting or thank you for your patience” could have gone a long way when it comes to customer service. The person is in the drive thru line because they are choosing not to come and order inside for whatever reason. I understand maybe the food may not have been ready but at least let the customer know if that’s the reason. The lack of communication and the customer service when I finally received my food after waiting for 10 minutes pulled over to the side was unprofessional.
