There was no reasonable explanation, no apology, and the attitude was cold and dismissive—as if whether a customer gets served depends entirely on the staff’s mood rather than the business’s stated operating hours.

This is the closest McDonald’s to my house and I will never be back again bc it doesn’t even taste like McD’s in my opinion, it tastes like someone ordered it from the next McDonalds and tried to refresh it an hour later. Super disappointing. Waste of money. And I didn’t notice until I had already driven away that the quality was so bad so I couldn’t do anything to rectify the situation.

I told her the app confirmed curbside. She said "we don't do it just so you know"...... guess what? Yes you do and yes you must if McDonald's says you do! Bad attitude and very unprofessional.

Unfortunately, the replacement was also burnt. I ended up removing the burnt parts and eating it. The staff was very kind and tried to help me replace it, so I don’t blame them. However, the food shouldn’t be burnt. Burnt food can be unhealthy and is known to increase cancer risk.
