  We had a horrific experience at this restaurant and entire bottle of wine was spilled all over us within the first 10 minutes we were there , we were treated like we were looking for a charity the music was so loud we asked 4 different people to lower it so we could hear other and had to get up to look for a server to come get our dinner order - we did not make a big deal out of it to not ruin our business guests night .... the management of this establishment is missing in action not one person asked us for our information to pretend they were empathetic to the disaster of a dinner experience . DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME with the Irvine spectrum location and their entire management team needs to have a reset and spend some time in non luxury restaurants to understand customer experience and engagement

  We celebrated my daughter’s anniversary at your restaurant, and we had a wonderful experience. The food was delicious, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and everything was beautifully prepared. A special thank you to Nicole, our server, who was incredibly kind, attentive, and professional. She made our evening even more special with her great service and positive attitude. We truly enjoyed our time and will definitely be back. Thank you for making our celebration memorable!

  This location is fantastic! I hosted a friends birthday dinner here with family and friends in a private room and the service was incredible. From the support from the Director of Events, Kelsey Sage, to the servers, it was a wonderful experience. We will definitely return for many more dinners and events!

  Mastro’s in Irvine Spectrum is a great spot for a night out. The bar area has an amazing vibe, lively, classy, and perfect for drinks or bites. The only downside is that the chairs are set so close together that you can’t help but bump elbows or brush against the person next to you. Despite that, the staff were all very friendly and attentive, making the overall experience enjoyable. I’ll definitely be back!

  The service was impeccable, both the bar staff & other service staff made every effort to make our meal experience enjoyable. The bread, shared appetizers & sides were all excellent. Unfortunately, the sea bass was extremely disappointing … it was very dry & tasted unpleasantly fishy. I felt bad, but could not eat it. (I should have complained but I never like making a scene or whatever (yep. I’m a people pleaser).
