By 1:40, staff comes to our table and informs us that they forgot to start cooking our protein, so it was going to be another 10 minutes. They did apologize for the wait and offer us a sampler on the house, which was nice, and said it would take about 5 minutes. By 1:50, I'm starting to panic because I'm on my hour lunch break from work. 1:55, they finally have the food ready, but by this point we ask for it to-go so I can be back at work. They hand us the bag, except it's missing my plate! So we wait some more. Then, upon finally opening everything, we discover that my fries are cold and they completely forgot one plate's rice. I understand restaurants can be busy, but the fact that several parties ordered, got their food, ate and left before we even got ours was ridiculous. When you miss an order, I feel like you shouldn't put out new ones until you've fixed it, and you certainly shouldn't hand it off incomplete and missing items.
