We grabbed a table outside (yes, Southern California gets chilly… and today it even rained!) and Raul immediately turned on the patio heater for us. The food came out fresh, hot, and fast—and best of all, the pita was delicious without being messy. Huge win.

We watched our food sit in window for 10 minutes so by the time we got it, it was cold. We asked if we could get it and he said "not ready" but then we continued to watch our food sit there and get cold. They should not have been taking more orders if they have a backlog of tons of orders that customers are waiting on. The tables were all dirty and had to ask for them to wipe down but again this is a staffing issue so I feel bad for the employees working as it's not their fault. I did find it weird that they're taking time with customers who were ordering to explain their competing with another store for reviews when they're obviously not going to get a good review with such bad service. Worst LunaGrill experience I have ever had.
