The Vegan Luna Vida Bowl is made of our housemade falafel served on top of a bed of lettuce that was tossed with lemon vinaigrette and topped with Greek cabbage, chickpea salad, cucumber, tomato, and a drizzle of our vegan tahini sauce. You can also make many of our vegetarian dishes vegan simply by removing or substituting the dairy products like feta and tzatziki.
We have a Vegetarian Luna Vida Bowl that is very similar to our vegan bowl, but it includes savory feta. You can also many any of our wraps vegetarian by substituting the protein for falafel.
