  (2-4-2026) The meal and service was great! I went at an odd time (9pm) but the service and food was still great. Please note that the food they serve is quite large so if you are with your parents or grandparents they likely can share 1 dish (2 people = 1 dish - size wise). I had the western omelette w/ out sour cream and it was tasty I ended up eating through half of it before remembering to put on ketchup. (I was hungry)

  As someone with gluten and dairy intolerances, this place has truly made me so happy. They offer incredible gluten-free waffles and pancakes that are always fluffy, flavorful, and satisfying. It’s rare to find options this good! They also make an amazing Smashburger — my go-to is the mustard-fried with caramelized onions (so good). And their iced vanilla lattes are the perfect treat to top it all off. 10/10 would recommend for family breakfasts or even late-night dining. Such a gem!

  I decided to order in person after having a decent experience with delivery in the past. Unfortunately, the service at the counter was not great. I was told online orders are cheaper, but when I checked, the prices were the same. While I was actively placing my order, the staff stopped helping me and assisted someone else instead. What stood out most was the lack of professionalism—there was no apology and no acknowledgment that I had been made to wait. The food is okay, but the in-person customer experience needs a lot of work.

  I’ve had food delivered from this place before and had no issues, so I stopped by to order in person today. The service, however, was a letdown. I was told that ordering online would be cheaper, but when I checked, the prices were identical. While I was in the middle of placing my order at the counter, my order was suddenly paused so another customer could be helped first. There was no apology, no explanation, and I wasn’t even asked if I was okay waiting. The food itself is fine, but the lack of basic courtesy and organization made the in-person experience frustrating. Customer service really needs improvement.

  I’ve ordered from here before via delivery and the food was fine, so I decided to order in person today. Unfortunately, the in-store experience was disappointing. First, I was told that online ordering is cheaper. When I checked, the prices were exactly the same. Then, while I was in the middle of placing my order in person, the staff interrupted my order and took another customer instead. What made it worse was that the gentleman didn’t apologize, didn’t acknowledge the interruption, and didn’t even ask if I was okay waiting. The food may be okay, but the customer service was unprofessional and disorganized. It made me feel ignored and unwelcome. I expect better treatment when ordering in person.
