    I probably won't spend another dollar in this company, the donuts were so small, like a regular size cookie !! and it should have had raspberry filled. to be honest I was shocked plus small coffee almost $6bucks. Donut tasted like it's been left out in the open too long not soft or fresh.

    There’s a young woman working there and she was extremely rude to me and the guy on DoorDash who was there to get my order. There was something missing from the menu so I wanted to order it and had to talk to her and she refused to take my payment or let me make that order in any way. She’s even known between me and my friends to be “that one horrible person working at dunkin”. Very incompetent, very rude too. If she was nice about it I’d understand if there’s some kind of policy. But zero manners. She’s tanking Dunkin’s reputation and doesn’t deserve her job. I’m sure there’s many people out there looking for a job who will do much better than a miserable person who doesn’t know a thing about customer service.

    I visited a Dunkin’ on July 20, 2025, and had a disappointing experience. A young female staff member was quite rude and refused to put my order in a proper bag for takeout , Another staff member eventually helped me with respect. I am quite frustrated by this and suggest that the management pay closer attention to hiring more courteous and experienced staff to ensure customer satisfaction and protect the business’s reputation.
