  Saturday February 7th 2026 in the afternoon, Ordered two large French Vanilla Iced coffees, they were both terrible, coffee tasted super old, barely any vanilla flavor. We threw them out. Girl at the window seemed annoyed about how/what I ordered.

  The girl who took the order was very unfriendly!!! The coffee wasn’t very good, and the breakfast portion was very small.

  The donuts are made in a factory, delivered daily, nothing is made in-house, only re-heated. The service at this location differs wildly from staff to staff, there is absolutely 0-consistency. I can’t blame the staff entirely though, as the local clientele is also wildly different, and unfortunately they lean towards the rude side more often than not. I’m not expecting anything fresh or delicious from a spot like Dunkin, I’m expecting edible, quick and affordable, and only one of those boxes was checked today. I spent less than $5, but the entire ordeal took 10 minutes, and the order was wrong.

  My experience here depends completely depends on the people working that day. There’s one younger gentleman that is extremely polite, does his job fast, and food is always perfect. However, sometimes when I go here, there is a man that fills up my large drink 3/4 of the way. He does this every time. I’d be super surprised if this was standard.
