  I paid online and chose in‑store pickup, but when I arrived the staff told me I had to pay again. I never received a refund for my original online payment, despite sending multiple emails. The amount of time I’ve spent trying to resolve this is already worth more than the food itself. Very disappointing experience.

  I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Domino's Pizza. I placed an order at 10:09 PM while I had guests over, and the estimated delivery time was 20–30 minutes. At 10:26 PM, I received an email saying my food had been delivered — except it absolutely had not. Nothing showed up at my door. After waiting and getting embarrassed in front of my guests, I drove to the store myself to figure out what was going on. Instead of helping me, the store manager actually yelled at me and was completely dismissive. I was told the order was “on the way” and would be at my house in four minutes. I went back home… and still nothing showed up. This was hands down the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. Not only was the delivery information inaccurate, but the way I was treated in person was unacceptable and unprofessional. I will not be ordering from this location again. If you value your time and want basic customer service, I suggest going somewhere else.

  the rude dominos employee name is Angel. I asked for dipping sauces because i ordered 32 wings and he proceeded to charge me so i said no thanks and he looked at me with disgust. he only gave me 16 wings and argued with me that it was 32. so i counted in front of him and he put 16 more in the oven. bad attitude, terrible service this Angel.

  I know things happen on busy nights and cold pizza can get delivered. That would be understandable if the store was honest when called for an update, at least by the 3rd call for eta.

  Marisol the Mananger tried to explain why her driver was over 30 min late and why the order said compleat for the while time. The driver or store did not even call or ask or anything. No just delivered 3 different times in a row of cold pizza and it was over 20-30 min late. This was not a one off this is the third time it has happened. I was informed that they will comp an order next time but nothing now. So cold pizza and dinner for over 60 with a tip. Thanks for upholding the standards and service of your company, Dominos!
