They don't read the order, slices regularly don't have any toppings, and the pizza is regularly overcooked or burned. On top of all that, a Manager is NEVER available. I called today and asked for a manager. The person who answered kept saying "how can I help" even though they were not a manager. They were condescending and clearly not interested in my issue.

Ordered at 8pm, called at 8:50pm, app said "delivered", food showed up at 9:10pm. 3. The pizzas were like warm when they arrived, but tasted what you expect from Domino's pizza. 4. The girl who answered the phone was very courteous and great customer service. She was by far the only bright spot in the whole call. You could tell that she has to deal with this all the time as she quickly offered credits for the same order for the future. (I declined as we don't eat this kind of pizza often and would have preferred the whole thing cancelled and refunded.) All in all from not honoring the price right from their own website to food taking forever to get there, I am surprised they are still in business.

The store remade my original order and delivered it. They were not rude at all. Even delivery guy was still polite. Yes, pizza tastes good. I appreciate the store's correction and patience.

Even tho I come in person to pick up the food . Absolutely do not recommend Fortuner Terrace in Rockville, Maryland Domino’s .
