- JAJeanivic Aquino2 days ago3.0I visited for a work event Thursday, 2/26. We were booked for the room with the 2 pool tables, which was nice! The stars mostly go to the staff especially the workers who helped with our event between the hours of 7 pm-10 pm. Everyone was friendly and professional. The gentleman took his time to go around and ask if we needed anything especially any drinks from the bar. The food for the event was not spectacular, but it was decent. However I will say most of I couldn’t eat because I’m pollotarian. The salad and the brussel sprouts was the best out of the whole menu. I would say the pasta too but it had bacon in it. The docked down stars are for the games itself. I would say 40% of the games were either down or malfunctioned, and most of them ate up my tokens. Maintenance should be done regularly to prevent this issue. If it weren’t for this, my experience would’ve been better.

The place didn’t feel clean, and the food came out cold even though it wasn’t that busy. For how much everything costs, the experience felt rushed and poorly managed. Definitely not worth the drive.

They opened an extra space that was not premium sitting, it was more like a private party room with foggy screen and you had to seat next to others you dont know like kids birthday party social table. After we complained they tried to sell us that this is it but I told them about the requirements and the meaning of premium seats of the ticket we purchased. Also they took 30 minutes to bring anything we asked for. They brought us the wrong beer. It was like they begged us not to set foot there again.
