Customers were eating at visibly dirty tables. On top of that, they were out of spoons. I politely asked an employee for a spoon. Instead of helping, she asked two other coworkers to grab one from the back. Both of them said they were “too busy.” Then she asked another coworker, and his response was simply: “Tell him we’re out of spoons.” No apology, no effort, no customer service. This level of laziness, poor hygiene, and unprofessional behavior is unacceptable. If basic cleanliness and utensils can’t be managed, it raises serious concerns about how this location is run. I will not be returning, and I do not recommend this Chipotle to anyone

The food area could’ve been much more cleaner and wasn’t, fountain drink area was nasty. The visit alone was a complete waste of my time. Very disappointed! As far as employees only two were polite. I feel like this store staff needs to be retrained and a person doing a walk through every 30 minutes to keep up the appearance and the cleanliness of the eating and restroom area. Do better !
