I tried to laugh it off when I saw the burrito fall apart but she didn’t even try to make it better. And was so rude when I checked out, just tossed my horribly wrapped, inedible burrito that she smeared the spilled food all over on the counter and turned away like I was interrupting her social time. Even the tinfoil didn’t go all the way around it. I’m so mad. I didnt say anything to her face and was friendly the whole time and she was horrible. She should be fired.

I really don’t know what warranted the attitude when i was nothing but polite. it wasn’t busy at all, but i waited about 5 minutes for someone to help me, which wasn’t a problem, but as soon as she started speaking to me it was rude and rushed for absolutely no reason. I asked a question about the sauce and she looked at me like i was stupid. I also asked for a water cup while i was tapping my card to which she ignored me, turned her back to me and then chatted with her coworkers. The portions suck too, barely half of my bowl was filled and my lid was improperly placed so sour cream spilled out the sides. it wasn’t just one worker either, i noted attitude and bad service from multiple workers as i observed others order as well. i am genuinely so confused what their deal is at this location.
