I ordered the Ultimate Sampler (wings, mozzarella sticks, and spicy chicken dippers), boneless wings on the side, and a large fry. When ordering the sampler, I wasn’t asked which sauces I wanted and was told the sauces were automatically assigned. I requested two marinara and two hatch queso’s instead. When the food arrived, we realized we never received the bogo for the wings. I also noticed the chicken dippers were regular instead of spicy. I spoke to the manager, who asked me to follow up with my server, but we waited quite some time and ended up just eating the food as-is. The server only came back near the end to ask if I wanted a drink refill. At that point, I was already disappointed and just asked for the check. I don’t usually leave reviews, but this experience was frustrating—especially since I’m pregnant and was really craving the spicy chicken dippers. I hope this feedback helps improve communication and attentiveness going forward.
