On top of that, it showed up cold, which was really disappointing. I’m not sure where the breakdown happened, but between the incorrect order and the temperature, the experience didn’t meet expectations—especially with a $7 delivery fee already added. I’d recommend double-checking orders before they go out and making sure food arrives hot.

I’ve witnessed an employee drop several boxes on the ground and proceeds to pick them up and use them while cutting the pizzas. Gross. Also.. The phone will ring constantly and when someone actually does answer the phone, they are just put on hold. You will be out on hold for 20+ minutes and eventually get hung up on altogether. The management here is complete trash and they don’t take accountability for anything and they will put the blame elsewhere.

I'm practically never disappointed. Food is always hot, consistently tasty, and the staff is always friendly

I had to toss out the entire pizza. Called the store manager and was told to call back so they can make it correct for me. Guess what, when I called back they kept me holding forever…end of story.
